Progressio is the spiritual and apostolic journal of the Christian Life Community (CLC) that has been published since 1968. Progressio seeks to build community, supplement formation and promote apostolic works.
By publishing stories, reflections, events and opinions, it endeavors to reinforce, challenge and deepen the community’s understanding and living of the CLC Charism, Ignatian Spirituality and gospel values.
Progressio is published twice yearly. Additionally, one annual Progressio Supplement provides timely thematic material on CLC spirituality and apostolic formation.
The most recent was published in November 2015 and focuses on Globalization and Poverty, two areas Progressio identified as Frontiers for CLC at the Lebanon World Assembly in 2013.

The most recent Progressio Supplement, #72, is entitled “Care of Creation” and calls CLC to campaign visibly, bravely and decisively for the care of our environment and for the revision of our lifestyle in alignment with the Laudato Si encyclical of Pope Francis.
Of special note, Supplement #72 offers 12 CLC Meeting Plans to help CLC groups around the world align with the Pope’s vision, and it provides concrete examples as both reference and inspiration for a new concerted action as CLC.
